2. If I get mail service for my business, can I also receive mail for my employees?

Absolutely! You can have up to 4 additional names at no extra cost! Prior to setting up your service, please take a moment to determine the mail recipients. This information will be asked of you during your setup.

Your mail will be held securely in our high security protected Mail Room. Our mailroom has 24-hour video surveillance for your protection.

5. Who handles my mail? Do you have dedicated staff for this?

Our mail department consists of only a select few individuals. This carefully screened staff handles all aspects of your mail service. They make sure that every piece is handled appropriately. All mail is sorted on a daily basis. Our dedicated staff ensures that all of your mail is handled with individual care and attention.

6. All of the other mail services make me tag my postal address with a "P.O. Box" or "Postal Mailbox". How does 1-800 We Answer call center service avoid this?

Even if you are not in our area, you can get your mail. You'll need our mail forwarding package. This package allows all mail that is received for you at out facility to be forwarded to an address that you supply. Just ask for the mail forwarding service package and we will forward your mail to you at the address you request.

8. I need an address right now. Can I be set up right over the phone?

All it takes is for you to answer some simple questions and complete the USPS Form 1583. Please call our Sales Department to have the form faxed over to you. Once you have completed this form and have provided us with the appropriate information, we can start accepting your mail the same day!

9. How long is your lease?

We have been at our present location for the last 20 years and have a lease for the next 10.
